Just because it’s cold outside doesn’t mean you aren’t using your grill, does it? This is the perfect time to use your grill- because it’s your chance to shine with flavorful, smoky dishes off the grill that will make the dishes your friends are serving this time of year just seem plain boring. So look to your grill to knock the socks off your guests this year for the holidays. Below are some of my favorite recipe pairings for an elegant Meal On The Grill that shows your friends you’re a culinary genius. Oh, and if you leave the dessert out, they’re low carb too!! It’s nice to eat a meal around the holidays that won’t leave you feeling guilty!
Menu 1: Beef
Standing Rib Roast (Prime Rib) on the Grill
Grilled Blue Cheese and Herb Stuffed Tomatoes
No Carb Mashed Potatoes (you’ll never know the difference) –

Menu 2: Turkey
Patio Daddio’s Sweet n’ Sassy BBQ Almonds
Lemon Herb Butter Spatchcocked Chicken

Menu 3: Pork
(okay, with these you will not be totally low carb as I mentioned above, but sweet potatoes are a carb that is loaded with stuff that is good for you)

Menu 4: Fish
Proscuitto Sage Butter Brussel Sprouts
