Ingredients

- 3C smoked fish
- 3/4C mayo
- 1/2C celery
- 1/2C green onions
- 1/3C red pepper
- 1/3C green pepper
- 1/4C yellow pepper
- 2 T Worcester sauce
- 2 T soy sauce
- Dash garlic, salt & pepper
Instructions
Smoke fish on the grill. Puree ingredients in a food processor until well blended. Spread on crackers and enjoy!
