Reader's Recipes: Smoked Amberjack Fish Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 C smoked fish
  • ¾ C mayo
  • ½ C celery
  • ½ C green onions
  • C red pepper
  • C green pepper
  • ¼ C yellow pepper
  • 2 T Worcester sauce
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • Dash garlic salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Smoke fish on the grill. Puree ingredients in a food processor until well blended. Spread on crackers and enjoy!
