There is nothing like grilling during the summertime and while we’re enjoying the high temps and endless cookouts its nice to relax and cool off with a refreshing cocktail.

Robyn really put me on to grilled cocktails before meeting her I never had one and now I’m addicted! The simple act of grilling the ingredients add a whole new definition to a drink.

I recently made this Watermelon + Cucumber Cosmo,  a few days later Robyn posted a photo of grilled watermelon she was prepping for a salad and I knew I had to revamp the drink.

Watermelon and cucumber are incredibly refreshing and while most Cosmos are made with Vodka this one is made with Hendricks Gin, which has a crisper taste in my opinion.
