Agua fresca is a Mexican drink that basically consists of water infused with fruit. It’s light, refreshing and amazingly delicious. You can substitute with any type of fruit as long as you are able to puree it in a blender.
This is an easy drink to make ahead of time or by the pitcher just remember to stir it prior to serving because when it sits for a long period of time the watermelon pulp separates and sinks to the bottom of the pitcher. Also, be careful- these are so delicious you can slurp them down quite quickly but they are essentially martinis so be careful! These go well for brunch or an afternoon on the patio grilling up your favorite goodies!
