The Bacon Explosion is an urban legend in BBQ, much like the “Moink Ball”. Of course it’s not good for you but how can you not love bacon, perfectly woven into a shell to house sausage, cheese and other goodies?
My pals over at Culinary Concepts (The Weber and Big Green Egg dealer in South Florida) are always sharing their BBQ adventures with me and they cooked this up a few weeks ago.
