The goal of the Women’s Grilling Clinic is to empower women to learn how to grill and show that outdoor cooking is not just for the guys! This class is for any woman who wants to learn how to grill and feel more confident using ANY kind of grill in their backyard. We will cover grilling basics such as how to start a grill, grill safety, and how to cook on all major grill categories: Gas, Charcoal, Pellet, Flattop and even Pizza Oven.
We will be cooking on Coyote Outdoor Grills and featuring condiments from Melinda’s Hot Sauces in our recipe line up. The beginning of the event kicks off with a Melinda’s Hot Sauce bloody and breakfast taco bar.

“Grill Girl” Robyn Lindars: I’m the girl behind GrillGirl.com, where it has always been my charge to empower Women to learn to Grill which is why I started hosting Women’s Grilling Clinics back in the day. I’m also a Cookbook Author, Magazine Publisher, Competition Cook on the Shed BBQ Team, a Certified Steak Cook-Offs Judge, Entrepreneur (I recently launched my first BBQ Rub) and extremely interested in healthy eating practices. I’ve been on The Food Network’s Chopped, The Travel Channel and The Today Show but my biggest accomplishment is being a mom to Hunter! Carla DiLorenzo: Carla is a the Argentinian Chef and Butcher behind Miami’s Chet Tanito’s Argentinian Restaurant and Meat Market. Carla is a live fire cook and Butcher who is accredited as a Chef and Ambassador with Certified Angus Beef. She was also named the International Griller of the year in 2022. The grilling clinic is about 30 minutes from quaint downtown Fort Myers, FL and about 40 minutes from the airport.
