Since 2008, I've been on an amazing grilling adventure! 🙏All praise goes to Jesus, my Lord and Savior, for the blessings and opportunities bestowed upon me through the inception of this website, born from my love of cooking and sharing it with others.

I've been blessed with opportunities to appear on The Today Show, The Cooking Channel, The Travel Channel, and many other platforms to share my love of grilling. I'm a cookbook author, certified Steak Cookoffs Judge, and advocate for animal-based, clean ingredient eating. I also compete on the Shed BBQ Competition Team, the current and three-time World Champions of BBQ.
