Heat your Loco Cooker to Sear on all burners to get the grill nice and hot OR heat your grill attached with GRILLGRATES GRIDDLE to high to get your grill nice and hot. Add your butter and let it melt. Turn your grill down to high and add your garlic and saute it for one minute. Next, add your cauliflower rice and veggies. Spread the rice and veg out so it can cook and begin to get crispy edges on the griddle. Next, add a generous splash of your Japanese BBQ Sauce and mix it into the cauliflower rice and veggies. Next, pour your eggs onto the griddle and let them cook and then mix into the Rice.
