Low Carb Drop Biscuits (That Don't Taste Low Carb!)

Servings: 6 -8 biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Carbquick
  • cups water or as needed for a smooth, firm consistency

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Using a mixer or with a fork, gradually add the water to the flour and mix until uniformly combined. Spoon approximately 1 heaping tbsp. of the mixture onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes OR until golden brown. Serve piping hot with a nice slather of butter!
