optional ingredients:

  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce

Ham Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine Sunshine State of Mind with nutmeg, brown sugar, and paprika.
  2. Cover the ham in the rub liberally, being sure to get it into the spiral cuts
  3. Place ham into a cast iron skillet or foil pan and place onto the grill
  4. Cook the ham until internal temperature reaches 90 degrees, then coat with half the glaze
  5. Continue cooking then coat with the remaining glaze once it hits 100 degrees

Glaze Directions:

  1. Put the whisky in a heavy bottomed pan and reduce by half
