This Strawberry & Honeydew Mojito is the perfect cocktail for entertaining, you can easily prep a pitcher {or 2} before your guests arrive and leave cooling in the fridge.

If I had to choose a favorite summer cocktail it would be the mojito. It’s simple to make and versatile; by just switching up a few ingredients you have a completely different flavor. Hon

Make these ahead of time by the pitcher the longer it sits the better it tastes!

    • 34 honeydew wedges cut in cubes

    3. Right before serving pour in the club soda.Gently stir to combine and pour over iced glasses and garnish with fresh mint sprigs, lime and strawberries if you’d like.
