Ingredients
- 1 package Johnsonville Beddar Cheddar Smoked Sausage
- 1 poblano pepper, chopped
- 3 mini tri color peppers, chopped
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 2 tbsp water or wine
- 1 cup quinoa, uncooked = 2 cups cooked. (Combine with 2 cups water, boil for about 20 minutes until tender and water has been absorbed).
- Salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Roll out 2 large squares of foil and double them up so you have a double thick packet. Add your ingredients and leave enough room on the sides to roll the foil packet up. Add the water so it can steam the ingredients in the packet and come together to form a sauce. Roll the foil packet together tightly together on all sides. Place the foil packet(s) directly on the coals or on the grill on direct heat and let grill for 15-20 minutes. If making hobo packets for a lot of people, let them create their own mix of veggies, etc and they can write their name on the packet before grilling.
