When people ask me what my favorite food is to grill, I always reply “chicken wings”. Chicken wings are just the perfect thing to throw on the grill as they are a great vehicle for fun marinades and flavor combinations, while also being a fun, laid back finger food- great for entertaining or an easy weeknight meal. This is too funny — I’m planning a chicken wing post soon and just picked up a big package at Publix. I’m doing an asian-ish rendition, but those West Indies ones sound divine. My grandparents are from Martinique – so I’ll bet they’d enjoy those!
