Hey everyone it’s Michelle here and I’m so thrilled to share this Grilled Grapefruit & Ginger Fizz recipe with you all!

The rainy season is upon us here in South Florida and I keep reminding myself that April showers bring May flowers, until then here is a grilled cocktail that is definitely in full bloom.  It’s refreshing and  you can easily make it a mocktail.

Cheers!

Instructions

Combine the gin, St. Germain, grapefruit juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass or tumbler.
