I REALLY REALLY love S’mores…
Ooey gooey marshmallows toasted over an open flame paired with coconut, sea salted dark chocolate and ginger snaps sound like Heaven to me. AND, it’s super easy to do! You essentially skewer your marshmallows and roast them over the embers (if using gas, the burners) until they are toasted and bubbly and pair them with your favorite ingredients. This brings everyone back to making s’mores in their Girl/Boy Scout days!!
After you’ve had a cookout, keep the flames going and lay out a bunch of skewers. On a fun party platter or various bowls, lay out ginger snaps, graham crackers, sea salted dark chocolate, coconut flakes, peanut butter, toffee chips, nutella- whatever goes well with marshmallows and cookies. The sky is the limit. The idea with these s’mores is fun presentation and fun for your guests! There really is nothing more fun than roasting marshmallows with friends, and this is a fun dessert bar to put together.
