Ingredients
- Italian Sausage (or your sausage of choice)
- Pretzel Buns – I found these at my local grocery store bakery
- Sliced Provolone Cheese
- Spicy Mustard
Instructions
I sliced the buns lengthwise and placed a slice of provolone cheese onto the bun as it was warming on the rack. When the sausage was done (you can check via an internal read thermometer– you want a minimum of 145 degrees) I placed them into the buns. I served with some spicy dijon mustard.
