- 1/2 seedless watermelon, pulp scooped out
- 1/4–1/2 cup splenda (depending how sweet the watermelon is)
- 1 large bunch mint, leaves removed
Instructions
In blender, combine the watermelon, mint and splenda until it forms a puree. Pour into popsicle molds and add the sticks and put into the freezer. After about 4 hours you have low-cal treats that are perfect for summer. These would also be great with the addition of rum for a watermelon mojito inspired happy hour treat!
