How do I love pork? Let me count the ways: bacon; prosciutto; capicolla ham, pancetta, slow smoked- sticky baby back ribs, pulled pork sammies…. Ahh, but I digress. What I meant to say is- I’m really excited to
be working with The National Pork Board this year to help spread the word about my love for pork, and all thefun recipes that come from this most versatile of meats.
The Pork Board wants to hear from you on how you would pursue your foodie passion, if you had an extra $5k to burn! The “Pork Passion Pursuits” contest has 5 categories you can enter under to perfectly describe the “foodie adventure” that fits your passion best.
I would use the extra dough to do a multi-state camping trip to take my outdoor cooking skills to the next level. I’ve never made pancakes at 9,000 feet and a little extra cash could make that happen!
What would you do with an extra 5K? Tell the pork board and make it happen!
