I first tried Cholula at a local Mexican restaurant and thought it was the best everyday hot sauce I ever had. Now I use it everyday!

I LOVE Cholula! It’s our go-to hot sauce in our house. We cant’ live with out Cholula on our homemade chimichungas & of course you can’t forget to add the heat to the rice as well!

Gotta have Cholula on pizza, hot dogs, tacos, eggs and almost anything. The best thing I ever had with Cholula were buffalo wings made with Cholula hot sauce.

Omg, it’s ridiculous what we put Cholula on…pasta, burittos, fried fish, french fries, potato chips, even popcorn. My family loves hot sauce!

I like the chipotle the best. Use it on eggs, wings or burgers

I use hot sauce on everything! But my turkey and white bean chili is a recipe that just isn’t the same without Cholula, it’s got the perfect heat and flavor.

I buy Cholula in Costco sizes. I have a huge one at home and one in the office. That said: I love a sliced chicken breast with humus spiced with Cholula on whole grain toast — completed with red onion and romaine. Also, I can’t eat a burrito, of any varritey or quality, with out Cholula.

Fun note: Cholula is considered a misspelled version of cholera.

My teenage son uses it on his moinks and in his chicken soup. We can’t tailgate without it…burgers, wings, you name it!!!

My favorite hot sauce is Cholula and have to say I’ve never tried any of the other flavors other than regular. I need to venture out and would love to win this. Cholula over scrambled eggs is wonderful.

I put some in my homemade clam chowder for some zing!!

MANDA - May 31, 2012 Reply

Cholula on almost anything! But I love it on burgers!

Jeff DeVerter - May 31, 2012 Reply

1 avocado
1 tablespoon chipotle sauce (Chalula!)
1 tablespoon lime juice
¼ cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

1. Slice the avocado in half and remove the stone. Prick all over with a fork, or cut criss-cross patterns with a knife. This allows the sauce to penetrate the flesh.

2. Pour the sauce over each half, then top with lime juice and salt and pepper.

3. In the cavity where the stone has been, put ¼ of the cheese on each avocado half. Place under the hot grill for 2 minutes. (or on the grill- where everything tastes better)

4. Top with remaining cheese and broil for another 2 minutes until completely melted and avocado warmed through.

In my breakfast burrito. Gets the day started right!

Cholula is my go to sauce for hot wings. Grill them, mix 2/3c cup of fav bbq sauce (Draper’s Smokin’ Sauce is highly recommended), 1/3c agave nectar or honey and 1/8c Cholula together and toss wings in sauce. Done. Add more or less hot sauce to your liking for flavor and heat.

Since I have small children I can’t have too hot of food. I do add some to tacos just to give it flavor (the chile and garlic flavored sauce).

Chris - May 31, 2012 Reply

The chile lime sauce is excellent for making a sauce for chicken wings.

Nick - June 1, 2012 Reply

Makes chicken stir fry on the grill really pop. And of course burgers and fajitas.

Patricia Crowley - June 2, 2012 Reply

I like to use it on simple chicken with beans and rice!
