Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup water
- Juice of 3 lemons
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (to taste).
- Handful of fresh herbs (I used basil and oregano and they played off the citrus perfectly!)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients with an immersion blender until they are unified. Add more salt if needed to suit your palate!
NOTE: Until I made this dressing, I’ve never seen my husband have second helpings of salad! He was dipping his bread in the dressing too. I hope you equally enjoy!
