Reader’s Recipes: Smoked Amberjack Fish Dip

Ingredients

  • 3C smoked fish
  • 3/4C mayo
  • 1/2C celery
  • 1/2C green onions
  • 1/3C red pepper
  • 1/3C green pepper
  • 1/4C yellow pepper
  • 2 T Worcester sauce
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • Dash garlic, salt & pepper

Instructions

Smoke fish on the grill. Puree ingredients in a food processor until well blended. Spread on crackers and enjoy!
