- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 chipotle peppers in adobo, chopped
- juice of 2 limes
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup Jack Daniel’s Whiskey
Mix and seal with meat in a ziploc bag for at least 6 hours.
For steak sauce, heat in a saucepan until thickened to a honey-like consistency
