Grilled Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
This is a fan favorite, great for keto, paleo and low carb diets and requires only two ingredients! Partially cook the bacon before wrapping the asparagus to reduce the risk of grease fire and flare ups on the grill.

Ingredients
- 1 large bunch Asparagus bottom tips trimmed off
- 1 lb Bacon
Instructions
- Partially cook the bacon before wrapping it around the asparagus to decrease the chance of flare ups. Wrap one piece around each asparagus so that the sides slightly overlap. If the bacon is too long for the end, cut it off at an angle with cooking shears.
- Next, preheat your grill to medium heat. Place asparagus on the grill and let cook on each side for 3-4 minutes or until the bacon has crisped and the asparagus has started to cook.Flip the asparagus once during the cooking process. The asparagus are done when the bacon has completely cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
- Everything is better with bacon!
