Grilled Asparagus with Garlic and Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. asparagus thick spears
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 1 tsp. fresh parsley
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp. freshly cracked pepper
  • ¼ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine the olive oil, minced garlic, and parsley. Sprinkle sea salt and pepper on your asparugus and brush thoroughly with the olive oil mixture. Grill for 5 - 10 minutes.  Plate your asparagus and sprinkle fresh grated Parmesan cheese all over.
