Alright folks, here’s a chance to have all natural, artisanal grass feed beef burgers from Genuine Choice shipped directly to your door for arguably the biggest grilling holiday of the year- 4th of July!

    What a fabulous giveaway! I love making my Mexican style burger. I mix in finely chopped jalapeno, garlic, and onions along with a dash of 4 different spices onto the meat. I serve it on texas toast topped with crispy bacon, guacamole, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, and shredded Mexican blend cheese! It’s like a taco but hamburger style!

    One of my current favs is the Drunken Cheddar Brat Burger. The patty is a brat sausage blended with mild cheddar, and topped with sliced peaches that have been sauted with butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, and Grand Marnier. OH so luscious! Like having your dessert and meal all bundled up on a soft kaiser roll. nom, Nom, NOM!

    I love a good spicy Cajun burger….Cajun seasoning mixed into the burgers, stuffed or topped with some Pepper Jack cheese and black beans. I serve them with slices of avocado on top to cool it all off!

    One of my favorites is a Gorgonzola cheese stuffed burger with fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions served on a fresh, warm bun loaded with sesame seeds. Roasted sweet potato sticks compliment it perfectly.

    My favorite way to make a burger is to grill until still pink in the center. Melt some white American cheese over the top top with fresh garlic infused mayo, raw white onions and a toasted roll. Sometimes on toasted French bread. The combination of cheese and garlic mayo is delish and although there aren’t a lot of infredients, the garlic mayo packs a flavorful punch without additional ingredients overwhelming the flavor combo. Yum!

    I like my burger with bleu cheese, heirloom toamtoes and argugula. Sometimes I add some bacon. Oh so good!

    Inside-out Juicy-Lucy Chili Burgers, your favorite packaged chili mix combined mixed into fresh ground chuck. Sliced pepper jack cheese stuffed inside the patties. Topped with fresh sliced tomatoes, romaine lettuce, sliced red onions, cracked peppercorn mayo, sliced chedder cheese, and deep fried jalapeno slices.
